Our Customer Service
The Customer Service of the Authority was set up with the purpose to provide
information to customers concerning questions about its own work and services
as well as the services of financial institutions operating in Hungary. The MNB
receives customer complaints and seeks to answer customers’ questions, however
it does not provide financial or investment advice and cannot disclose information
bound by secrecy.

from Déli Railway Station – the terminal of metro line 2 or by tram 18, 59, 61
and 118 or by bus 21 and 139. Parking places are available in the garage nearby.
