ESMA has just published two consultation papers in conjunction with its colleagues
at the European Banking Authority (EBA) and European Insurance and Occupational
Pensions Authority (EIOPA) related to customer complaints handling and reducing
the reliance on credit ratings in our guidelines.
As these consultations will be of interest to market participants and investors
